Return & Refund Policy
All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, and accessories related to knitting, crochet, punch needle, and sewing are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return as they are custom crafted. Colour variations may occur due to your mobile and desktop screen displays or different batch. We do not accept returns or refunds for shade these.
Darker colours may bleed; purchase sufficient yarn to complete the project at one time to avoid mismatch.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange are only accepted if:
A defective or damaged product was sent by us and when a product is missing.
Damage occurred during transit and is supported by required proof.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Obvious signs of use.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
Exchange request made more than 2 days after delivery.
Unclaimed packages during delivery.
Items without complete unpacking proof video.

A complete, continuous unpacking video is mandatory—from opening the parcel to identifying the issue.

No complaints will be entertained without this proof.
Exchange Process
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacements
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the error is ours.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the exchange is processed.

Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of exchange approval or rejection.
Approved exchange are processed within 2–4 working days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In Return to Origin (RTO) cases caused by incorrect address, invalid contact details, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability, no refund will be issued. Reshipping will require payment of two-way shipping charges.
Duplicate Payment
If a customer pays twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
