This website is operated by Crispina's Macrame and Yarns®. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crispina's Macrame and Yarns. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced or linked herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. By using this website or placing an order, you also agree to our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines posted on this site. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and collectively govern your use of our services.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you transmit any viruses or malicious code.

Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

All content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

3. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on the site. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary in color, texture, or appearance. Color variations between dye lots may occur.

Darker yarn colors may bleed; we recommend purchasing yarn for an entire project in one order to avoid shade differences.

4. Prices, Modifications, and Availability

All prices shown are inclusive of GST. Many products are priced per kilogram based on average weight. Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability. Offers may not apply to orders placed via WhatsApp.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (if a valid email is provided). Orders cannot be cancelled, edited, or have items added after placement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected reseller activity. Invoices will include GST. As we operate on a B2C model, customers are not eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges: Flat ₹50 per kg.

Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days after payment. Dispatch may be delayed during peak seasons or if an item is out of stock. Customers will be informed if an item is unavailable.

Delivery times vary by location:

Zone 1: All locations not in Zone 2 – 3 to 10 working days.

Zone 2: Andaman & Nicobar, J&K, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura – 15 to 25 working days (via Registered Parcel Post).

If your address is outside our courier coverage area or you qualify for free shipping, products may be sent via Registered Post. Incorrect address/pincode will require the customer to pay RTO charges plus reshipping fees.

7. Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

8. Returns & Replacement Policy

Goods once sold will not be exchanged or taken back except if a wrong or damaged product is sent. We require a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened to accept a replacement, exchange or missing product request. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. In the case of damaged/incorrect items, customers bear the cost of returning the product; we will bear the cost of sending the replacement. Replacements are dispatched within 3–4 working days after receiving returned goods. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

9. Duplicate Payment Policy

If you accidentally pay twice for one transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

10. User Comments and Submissions

Any submissions (ideas, suggestions, proposals, etc.) may be used by us without restriction or obligation to compensate or respond. We may remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, or in violation of rights. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are accurate and lawful.

11. Abusive Language and Threats

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive language or threats. Violations may result in immediate termination of communication, suspension, or permanent termination of services.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for:

Violating laws or regulations

Infringing on intellectual property

Transmitting malware or harmful code

Collecting personal data without consent

Harassment, hate speech, or abuse

Circumventing security features

Violation may result in termination of your access.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crispina's Macrame and Yarns® from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or any law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

16. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for any violation.

18. Stock Updates

Updates about new launches or restocks may be posted on our social media, sent via email, or WhatsApp.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
