At Crispina's macrame and yarns, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders, whether domestic or international. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Within India

Order Processing:

All orders received are dispatched within 3 working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, national and local government holidays, or during peak sale periods may experience a delay.

Delivery Timeframe:

Estimated delivery is typically within 10 working days, depending on your location. Working days means Saturday sunday and government holidays are not included.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier availability, regional disruptions, or unforeseen delays.

Dispute Timeline:

Any concerns or delivery-related claims must be reported within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date as per tracking. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 3 days of the delivery update. We won’t be able to investigate beyond this period.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries and are constantly expanding our serviceable regions.

Delivery Timeline:

International delivery time is depends on their location, depending on your country’s proximity to Tirupur and customs clearance times.

Shipping Rates:

International orders are taken via WhatsApp or email. shipping rates are calculated on weight. Shipping starts at 1 kg and increases by the kilogram.

For best value, we recommend optimizing the weight of your order.


Customs & Import Duties:

Please note that customs policies vary by country. If your shipment is held at customs, you are responsible for communicating with authorities and bearing any additional costs or duties.


Important Delivery Guidelines

Damaged Package:

Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel. If you choose to accept it, mention the damage on the delivery slip before signing.

Unboxing Video Required:

Always record a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive the parcel until it is fully opened and contents checked.

This is required to raise claims for:

Damaged items

Missing products

Tampered shipments

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
